AL SAEB uses your name, contact details, property requirements, budget and enquiry source to assess and respond to your request. Contact info@alsaeb.com with privacy questions or a request to access, correct or delete your information.
Handling your information
Enquiries are recorded in our restricted enquiry system and may be processed in HubSpot for follow-up. Hosting and CRM providers process information to support these services. Staff access is restricted. The purpose and required permission are recorded before customer information is shared with a property partner.
Documents
Do not send identity documents during an initial property enquiry. Provide them only when a specific transaction requires them and the purpose and recipient have been explained. Secure document links are private; do not share them publicly.
Retention & choices
Information is retained for enquiry handling and applicable business or legal record requirements. Ask us to stop promotional contact at any time. This enquiry form does not enroll you in a general marketing newsletter.
Before a transaction
An enquiry does not reserve a property or guarantee availability, price, finance or return. The contracting legal entity, property permissions, fees, payment recipient and applicable reservation and refund terms must be confirmed in writing before you make a payment or enter a contract. This website does not currently collect reservation payments.
