When you enquire about a property, you may provide your name, email and phone number, along with your country, language, budget, property preferences and expected purchase timeframe. We also record the enquiry source and your permission to contact you.

Seller submissions may include property details and evidence of identity or authority. Booking documents are collected through the relevant document process.

We use the information you provide to manage your enquiry, seller submission, booking and related commercial follow-up. Access is limited to authorized AL SAEB operations and the connected CRM used to serve your request.

Sharing data with partners requires a recorded purpose and permission. Private documents you submit are not automatically published with a property listing.

Property email updates are optional and separate from your account, enquiry or booking. After you confirm your email, we send property selections, offers and insights at most once a week through Resend.

We record your email, subscription wording, source and confirmation time. Every marketing email has an immediate unsubscribe link, with no sign-in required. Delivery failures and complaints stop further marketing.

Enquiry and booking messages remain separate from marketing. We retain the minimum consent and suppression records needed to respect your preferences.

The website uses browser storage to save selected properties, maintain request continuity and identify the campaigns that brought visits. It also records selected actions, such as property views and enquiries, to understand how the site is used.

You can clear this storage in your browser settings. Keep any secure document link you still need before doing so. Aggregate website measurement can be turned on or off for this browser while saved properties and secure request links remain available.

Optional address search uses Photon and OpenStreetMap. Opening a map sends map requests to its provider. You choose whether the exact property address and map pin appear in your listing. Identifying metadata is removed from published property photos.

When you enable AI assistance, OpenAI processes the information you send to prepare a draft or perform a search. Portal access codes and identity documents are not included.

If you choose WhatsApp, the site prepares a message for you to review. It reaches AL SAEB only after you press Send in WhatsApp.

Payment by card is completed on a hosted payment-provider page. AL SAEB does not receive your full card number or security code. Your account and private documents are accessible only through authorized access.
