The initial booking

Where the AL SAEB booking option applies, the initial reservation deposit is AED 20,000. The deposit is credited toward the final agreed transaction total. AL SAEB completes the reservation details and paperwork directly with you.

The deposit starts your reservation request. The specific home, final price and contract are completed with AL SAEB after payment. A particular unit is not finally secured until the relevant seller or developer confirmation has occurred.

After payment

Provide your payment proof where applicable, passport copy, identity-document copy, email address and phone number through the booking document workflow. A successful payment is confirmed automatically from the verified Stripe notification.

Your transaction documents

Ask AL SAEB for the booking and refund information applicable to your selected transaction. This page does not specify a universal cancellation deadline, refund amount or refund timetable. The applicable documents and confirmed terms must be reviewed for your booking.

Prices and property information

Published starting prices and project details are indicative. Current availability, final prices, payment plans, handover dates, fees and applicable transaction permissions require confirmation. Investment estimates are not guaranteed returns.

0% buyer commission

This message refers to the commission charged by AL SAEB to the buyer where this positioning applies. Property price, government fees and other transaction costs remain separate.

Gold jewellery gift

Every property located in the United Arab Emirates is eligible for the gold jewellery gift, regardless of the buyer's nationality, residence or current location. Properties outside the UAE are not eligible. Successful, verified booking payment records gift eligibility automatically; gift fulfilment follows completion of the purchase. Seller submissions

Owners, developers and brokers can submit property for review. The submitter must confirm ownership or authority. Identity, authority, property data and commercial details are reviewed before a listing can be approved for publication. Submission does not automatically publish a listing or confirm a sale.
