Total price
Start with the complete AED price and separate transaction costs. A flexible schedule does not make an unsuitable total price affordable.
DUBAI PROPERTY PAYMENT PLANS
A useful payment plan matches your total budget, cash before handover and future obligations. AL SAEB checks verified inventory and presents one strongest fit first.
AED is the source currency. Published prices and payment schedules require confirmation for the exact unit. No return is guaranteed.

Start with the complete AED price and separate transaction costs. A flexible schedule does not make an unsuitable total price affordable.
Map booking, initial payment, each construction instalment, the handover balance and any post-handover payments onto real dates.
Payment structures and incentives can vary by unit. Confirm availability, final price and schedule in writing before reserving.
READ THE STRUCTURE
A shorthand payment plan describes how the purchase price is divided—not whether the property fits your cash flow. A 10/80/10 plan places 10% at the start, 80% during construction and 10% at handover. A 20/10/70 plan can leave 70% due at handover. The written schedule for the exact unit is the controlling reference.

Review verified project details →ONE BEST PROPERTY
Two buyers with the same total budget may need different projects. One may have more cash now and want a smaller handover balance; another may prefer longer monthly instalments. Share the property type, maximum AED budget, cash available before handover and buying timeline so the comparison starts with real constraints.
REMOTE BUYERS
If you fund the purchase from another currency, keep AED as the source and treat converted amounts as planning references. Allow for exchange movements, bank spreads, transfer fees and transfer timing. Confirm which party receives each payment and the written instructions for the exact transaction.
