YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy information
Optional address search uses Photon and OpenStreetMap. Using a map shares map requests with the map provider. Exact seller addresses and pins are published only when the seller chooses this and the listing is approved. Public property photos omit identifying metadata. If AI assistance is enabled, the facts you send for a draft or search are processed by OpenAI; portal codes and identity documents are not included.
AL SAEB uses the information you submit to manage your property request, seller submission, booking and commercial follow-up.
Information you provide
Enquiry records can include your name, email, phone, country, language, budget, property preferences, purchase timeframe, source and permission to contact you. Seller submissions can also include property details and evidence of identity or authority. Booking documents are collected through the relevant document workflow.
Access and sharing
Your details are restricted to authorized AL SAEB operations and the connected CRM used to manage your request. Partner disclosure requires a recorded purpose and permission. Private submission documents are not automatically published with a listing.
Website preferences and measurement
The website uses browser storage for saved property selections, request continuity and campaign attribution. It also records selected website actions, such as property views and enquiries, to understand the commercial journey. Browser storage can be cleared through your browser settings; keep any secure document link you still need.
Measurement choices
Turn aggregate website measurement on or off for this browser. Saved properties and secure request links remain available.
WhatsApp and payments
If you choose WhatsApp, the website prepares a message for your review. It reaches AL SAEB only after you press Send in WhatsApp. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s payment page.
Contact about your information
Request access or correction, or raise a privacy question, through info@alsaeb.com. Include the request reference where available, and keep passwords and document access codes out of your message.
